Our catered chalet holiday has so many inclusive features, giving you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the mountain, relax and most importantly have an unforgettable holiday in the snow. Many of our competitors offer holidays without all the inclusive features that we offer and charge you for these services when you arrive at a much higher price than advertised. Don’t fall into this trap, with our Chalet Holidays there are no nasty surprises and you know exactly what you are getting for your money.

What age must a child be to qualify for child price?
To qualify for the child price your child must be under 12 years of age.
Is there a further reduction for infants?
Yes all children aged under 6 receive a £130 reduction from the adult price.
Can I book a chalet exclusively?
If you would like to book a chalet exclusively for a week then £140.00 is added to the price per empty bed upto full capacity.
I have my own ski or snowboard equipment, do I get a discount?
If you would like to bring your own ski or snowboard equipment then £100.00 per person would be deducted from your total holiday price.
Is there a minimum occupancy for the chalets?
The minimum occupancy for booking Chalet Rieka is 6 people. The minimum occupancy for booking chalet Tatra is 6 people. If your group is smaller than this you will be charged £140 per empty bed upto the minimum amount of people.
Is there a minimum occupancy for peak weeks?
If you book any of our chalets during a peak week then you must book the chalet exclusively no matter the size of your group. Peak weeks are indicated by a higher price.
Booking with Children?
If you are booking a chalet with children then you must book the chalet exclusively, this will incur a charge of £140 per empty bed.
What is the checking in and out times of the chalets?
The checking in time is any time after 14:30 on the day of arrival and the checking out time is 10:00 on the morning of your departure.
Deposits and payment
A deposit of 50% of the full holiday price is required to secure the booking. Final balance payment is required eight weeks before the start of your holiday. Acceptable payment types are cheque, UK online bank transfer and Paypal. For bookings outside of the UK please contact us for assistance with payment.
