Health and Spa
After a hard day on the mountain Jasna offers ideal relief and relaxation in the harmonious environment of the Hotel Grand health and spa centre. It’s a great place to renew your energy for the next day, in this spa complex you will find calmness and contentment with a range of facilities to choose from. There are a choice of massages, a relaxing pool, an adventurous shower, Finnish sauna, steam sauna, relaxation pool and fitness room. The Hotel Grand charge approx. £15.00 for three hours. Aquapark Tatralandia
Tatralandia is the largest waterpark in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland. It is situated in the beautiful mountainous area on the northern shore of the Liptovská Mara lake with a view of the West and Low Tatras, just two kilometers from the town of Liptovský Mikuláš and a ten minute drive from our chalets.
The heart of the round-the-year Aquapark Tatralandia comes from a 60.7°C hot thermal water spring, streaming from a depth of over 2,500m. The thermal mineral water of the swimming pools is exceptional in that it partly consists of the waters of the old palaeogenic sea which covered the territory of the Liptov Valley as early as fourty million years ago. The mineral waters of Tatralandia have a beneficial effect on your joints and respiratory system which is perfect after a hard day on the slopes.
There are eight pools and water slides that are open all year round. This gives you the opportunity to relax in hot steamy water whilst gazing at the beautiful mountain scenery that surrounds you. Bars and nightclubs
The hotel grand offers a night bar and night club, they are open every night from Tuesday until Sunday. The night club is open from 9:00pm – 3:00am and offers drink specials and a DJ. In the town there are a selection of bars and nightclubs to choose from serving very cheap beer and spirits (80p per pint) offering a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Ranging from sophisticated cocktail bars to pubs with pool tables and foosball all giving you an insight into a Slovakian night out.
Beautiful Jasna
Jasna is not only filled with modern and luxurious facilities it is situated in Demanovska Dolina valley which is a Part of the Low Tatras National Park. This means that there are no ugly high rise buildings usually associated with Eastern and Central Europe but instead there is incredible natural beauty and a rich and varied wildlife.
The caves of Freedom
These caves are situated approx. 2 km from the chalet and are a UNESCO world heritage site. The cave stands out with its unbelievable variety of colours and shapes, unique calcite water lilies and other lacustrine forms of flowstone decorations .The length if the cave is 8,126 m with an elevation distance of 120 m and can be viewed by a walking tour that is 1,150 m long. Wildlife in Jasna
Jasna is paradise of unspoilt countryside with a great diversity of native wildlife, including much that has long-since disappeared from most of Western Europe. Here you will find brown bears, wild wolves, otters, lynx, imperial eagles and chamois. Also in spring you will be able to pick wild blueberries and raspberries in the forest below the snowline.

Bowling in Liptovsky Mikulas
Situated in town There are four bowling lanes and two billiard tables and bar with capacity of one hundred seats. Rates start from £10.00 an hour per lane.
Indoor go kart
